Victoria Fattig Escapee - Captured

July 2, 2008

TULSA OKLAHOMA NEWS -- Victoria Fattig wanted for escape from the Tulsa District Community Correction Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been captured. Actually, she originally just disappeared into the community. Victoria Fattig is a known Meth-head who was busted for attempting to purchasing chemicals to manufacture crystal methamphetamine, which remains the principal drug of concern in the State of Oklahoma. In addition, law enforcement agencies have dismantled 176 clandestine meth labs in 2006 according to the DEA.

However, Victoria Fattig was not immediately incarcerated for her crime. Fattig, was first sentenced to a total of eight years confinement for uttering and false impersonation, which was then completely suspended, but she did receive seven years probation for possession of a precursor chemical such as anhydrous ammonia. Unfortunately, this first altercation with the law was not enough to help Fattig shake the monkey.

Meanwhile, Fattig, serving probation, continued to cook Crystal Meth. Again nine months later she was back in court for possession of a controlled drug. This time she was sentenced to six years incarceration in Tulsa County District Community Corrections.

Tulsa County District Community Corrections (TCDCC) has one officer to monitor the offenders that are to be supervised by the Department of Corrections under the Community Sentencing Act. The Community Sentencing officer also supervises offenders from every county in Oklahoma residing in the TCDCC area. The Community Sentencing officer's duties include conducting monthly home visits, obtaining frequent urinalysis tests, providing monthly intake reports and attending monthly Community Sentencing meetings. An intake report contains offender sentencing information, personal identifiers, assessment score, prior number of convictions, sanctions and, if Community Sentencing was received in lieu of revocation. Furthermore, failure to follow the rules and conditions will result in a sanction being imposed by the court. Sanctions may include, however, are not limited to community service, more intensive treatment, jail time, and more frequent urinalysis and office visits.

As you can clearly see, Fattig did not receive incarceration in what would be considered a conventional prison. So, Victoria Fattig three months after being sentenced just failed to appear on December 30, 2007.

Victoria Fattig is described as:

  • Birth Date: March 21, 1985
  • Height: 5'4"
  • Weight: 141 pounds
  • Eyes: Blue
  • Hair: Blond
  • Sex: Female
  • Race: White

Fattig also has ink, a cross with an eagle on her lower back and another cross on her right ankle.

Once againVictoria Fattig has been captured. Never attempt to arrest a wanted female fugitive yourself. Anyone with information on the location of a Oklahoma escaped prisoner should contact Oklahoma Department of Corrections Internal Affairs Fugitive Apprehension Unit at (405)425-2570, or Toll Free (866)363-1119, or your local law enforcement agency.
