A reward of up to $50,000 was offered for the arrest of Inocente Secundino who is wanted for murder in Santa Ana, California. The reward was contingent upon complete cooperation throughout the entire prosecution process, and the amount and type of information provided. Inocente Secundino, a gang member is considered armed and dangerous. On Tuesday, July 18, 2006, Steven Arreguin, a Santa Ana teenager, was found shot in the head in the area of 300 East Chestnut Avenue. Arreguin had been shot a day earlier around 2:30 p.m. Arreguin was found injured and died on arrival at the hospital.
