Ohio Hunted Parole Absconder

OHIO FUGITIVE NEWS -- Jennifer L Wilks has failed to meet her conditions of supervision and violated the terms of her parole from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC). Wilks is also considered a most wanted hunted offender (ho), since she was convicted of two felony charges:

• Conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
• Possession of controlled substances

Additionally, according to the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 2911.01 4 states that a deadly weapon was possessed, carried, or used in the commission of the robbery. Clearly, Jennifer L Wilks was involved in a crime of violence and should be considered possibly armed and dangerous.

Furthermore, when Wilks was busted for the aggravated robbery she was also charged and convicted of possession of a controlled substance, ORC 2925.11 4. Although if Wilks was in possession of crack cocaine, she would have only possessed one gram up to five grams of rock to be convicted of the fourth degree felony.
