Most Wanted Haitian Wesnel Isaac - $5,000 Bounty

Wanted by the Lee County Sheriff for Homicide

LEE COUNTY FL NEWS -- A presumed Haitian male, Wesnel Isaac is most wanted by the Lee County Sheriff's Office in Fort Myers, Florida for his suspected involvement in three counts of kidnapping and three counts of 2nd degree murder with a firearm. A $5,000 reward has been offered for tips that lead to the arrest of this thug. Wesnel Isaac is considered armed and dangerous.

On September 2, 2007, Wesnel Isaac was believed to be among four thugs who were responsible for the abduction and murder of Scott Highfill, Willard Reid Graham, and Robert Barckley. The three victims were found in a silver Hyundai Elantra hidden in some bushes near the corner of 44th Street SW and Ruth Lane in Lehigh Acres a suburb of Fort Myers. All victims had been shot once in the head execution style.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's affidavit, Loubert Jules had been selling cocaine out of Graham's home the night before the killings when three unknown men came to the house and robbed Jules of several thousand dollars in cash and some cocaine. In Loubert Jules' efforts to identify those men led to the abductions and murders. The victims were repeatedly threatened, beaten and questioned by their captors about the earlier robbery of Jules' money and cocaine. Furthermore, Wesnel Isaac shot Willard Reid Graham, and Robert Barckley in the backseat of the car while Scott Highfill was shot to death by Jules as he lay crouched in the trunk of the car.

Wesnel Isaac has tattoos on his left arm and stomach as well as a scar on his chest. Isaac last known address was 39 Broadway Circle, Fort Myers, Florida. Also, Wesnel Isaac was last seen driving a white Dodge Intrepid rental car.

Wesnel Isaac is also wanted for the shooting of Richard Allen Kreitsh. Mr. Kreitsh accused Isaac shooting him during an attempted home invasion and robbery of his Laurel Drive home in North Fort Myers earlier this year.

In 2004, Wesnel Isaac served two months in jail on convictions for cocaine and marijuana possession. During that year he was also convicted of drunken driving. In 2005 he spent five months in jail on a cocaine possession charge.

In addition to the new charges of kidnapping, murder, and robbery, a 2006 case remains open against Isaac on charges of drug and marijuana possession and a concealed weapon charge, which he was sentenced to 43 days in jail for the marijuana charge.
