Michael Eugene Phillips Arrested

WICHITA KS NEWS -- Michael Eugene Phillips is no longer wanted by the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office and the Wichita Police Department for his involvement in the brutal murder and robbery of Miguel Moya at 104 E. Eighth Street in Wichita, Kansas. Michael Eugene Phillips AKA "Shadow" or "Lil Suicide" is believed to have had an accomplice, Tiffany I Berry, who was already captured by the police for her involvement in the murder and robbery.

On November 19, 2007, several people were chilling at 104 E. Eighth Street home when Phillips knocked at the door of the house, and was invited inside. Soon after, Berry joined Phillips at the residence. Once together inside, the two are believed to have shot Moya several times in the chest during the robbery killing him.

Michael Eugene Phillips is accused of Murder In The First Degree, Three Counts of Aggravated Battery and Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Tiffany I Berry is accused of Murder In The First Degree and Two Counts of Aggravated Robbery.
