Wanted by the FBI for Bank Robbery

KNOXVILLE TN NEWS -- A negotiable reward amount is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a criminal who robbed the SunTrust Bank at 2915 Tazewell Pike, in Knoxville, Tennessee on January 16, 2008.

At 9:55 in the morning, a lone white male entered the SunTrust Bank. Next he gave a bank teller a note demanding money while indicated the teller he had a gun. After receiving an undetermined amount of money, the bank robber left the bank without further incident.

Witnesses describe this criminal as:

  • Age: 20s, no older than 30
  • Height: 5'7"-5'8"
  • Weight: 140 – 160 pounds
  • Complexion: Light
  • Sex: Male
  • Race: White

The bank robber further described as having band-aids on his face, crooked teeth. He was wearing blue jeans, tennis shoes, and a black hooded sweatshirt with a camouflage cap underneath the hood.
