Most Wanted News: Minneapolis, Minnesota Two Losers Fail at Bank RobberyWanted by the FBI for Bank Robbery / Carjacking
January 14, 2007 MINNEAPOLIS MN NEWS -- In Roseville, Minnesota, a reward is offered for two robbers who carjacked a bank employee in a failed attempt to rob the Teacher Federal Credit Union located at 2150 Lexington Avenue North. On Thursday, January 10, 2008, at approximately 7:25 a.m., the two masked men were hiding near the bank parking lot when they carjacked the bank employee who arrived to open the bank. One of the robbers was armed with a black pistol that he pointed at the bank employee ordering the employee into the bank. The other robber jumped into the employee's car and waited for the armed robber. Once inside the bank, the armed robber attempted to force the bank employee to open the bank vault, but the employee was not authorized to open the vault. The robber became angry, threatened the employee and then struck the bank employee several times on the head with the gun. Soon the frustrated robber gave up and exited the bank without any money. The bank employee's head injury required medical attention.
After the unsuccessful bank robbery, the robbers stole the bank employee's car to fled the scene. Twenty minutes later, Roseville police officers located the stolen car abandoned in the 900 block of Parker Avenue. Robber #1 is described as:
Robber #2 is described as a black male, taller and thinner then Robber #1. Robber #2 was dressed in all black clothing with a black mask.
