December 16, 2007 FULTON COUNTY, GA. NEWS -- FBI's most wanted fugitive, Michael Bell has been captured. Bell was arrested Saturday, December 15, in Los Angeles, California. Bell was considered armed and extremely dangerous. Michael Bell was wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Atlanta, Georgia. On April 26, 2006, Bell is accused of entering the apartment of his male victim, and shooting him multiple times, resulting in his death. It is possible that Bell was wounded, possibly shot several times during the assault. On May 25, 2006, a local arrest warrant charging Bell with murder was signed in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, in Georgia. On June 12, 2006, a federal arrest warrant charging Bell with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was signed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia.
