Most Wanted News: Wichita, Kansas Tiffany I Berry has been Captured!Captured by the Sedgwick County Sheriffs Office for Murder and Robbery
January 21, 2008 SEDGWICK COUNTY KS NEWS -- Good news! Tiffany I Berry has been captured by the Sedgwick County Sheriffs Office and the Wichita Police Department for her involvement in the brutal murder and robbery of Miguel Moya at 104 E. Eighth Street in Wichita, Kansas. Tiffany I Berry's accomplice, Michael E. Phillips, AKA "Shadow" or "Lil Suicide" is still wanted for his involvement in the murder and robbery. In addition, a reward is being offered of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Michael E. Phillips who is considered armed and dangerous. On November 19, 2007, several people were chilling at 104 E. Eighth Street home when Phillips knocked at the door of the house, and was invited inside. Soon after, Berry joined Phillips at the residence. Once together inside, the two are believed to have shot Moya several times in the chest during the robbery killing him. Tiffany I Berry is accused of Murder In The First Degree and Two Counts of Aggravated Robbery. While Michael E. Phillips is wanted by the Sedgwick County Sheriffs Office for Murder In The First Degree, Three Counts of Aggravated Battery and Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm.
