Arizona - United States Most Wanted Bisexual, Jason Derek BrownWanted by the FBI for Murder and Armed Robbery
August 23, 2008 PHOENIX AZ NEWS -- A ruthless killer bisexual is listed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Fugitive, Jason Derek Brown from Phoenix, Arizona is most wanted for the November 29, 2004, murder and robbery of an armored car guard. In addition, a reward of up to $100,000, has been offered for information leading to his arrest. The switch hitter, Jason Derek Brown is believed to have cold-bloodily fired six rounds from a .45 caliber handgun striking Robert Keith Palomares at least five times in the head at close range. Palomares, was working at the time of the attack, exiting a Phoenix movie theater with a cash pickup of more than $56,000. Brown stepped in front of the guard and began shooting. After killing Palomares, Brown grabbed the guard's money bag and fled on a mountain bike through a nearby alley. FBI Phoenix, Special Agent in Charge John E. Lewis said, "This is a case we feel is of the magnitude to meet Top Ten status. The subject, Jason Derek Brown, violently took the life of a young father doing his job. This subject deserves to be brought to justice." On December 4, 2004, an Arizona state arrest warrant was issued by the Superior Court of the state of Arizona, County of Maricopa, charging Jason Derek Brown with first degree murder and armed robbery. Two days later, Brown was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant, issued by the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Jason Derek Brown speaks fluent French and a master's degree in International Business enabling him to assimilate into a foreign community. He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, skier, and dirt biker. Brown enjoys being the center of attention and is known to frequent nightclubs showing off his high-priced vehicles, boats, and other toys. He has been described as possibly having bisexual tendencies. Brown has a history of using false identifications. Therefore, he will no doubt attempt to assume a new identity. Brown has ties to California, Arizona, and Utah. In the past, he has traveled to France and Mexico. He is also believed to be in the possession of a Glock 9mm and a .45 caliber handgun. Brown could also easily assimilate into Canada.
