August 19, 2008 WY NEWS -- A woman named Patricia Ann Holguin AKA Patricia Ann Salas, is most wanted by the DEA for alleged federal drug violations. Holguin is charged with violating USC 21 846 Conspiracy/Distribution Methamphetamine and Marijuana. She is considered armed and dangerous. Moreover, Patricia Ann Holguin is believed to have been part of a drug conspiracy that distributed methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine between April 2002 through March 2008 across several U.S. states. According to an indictment naming Holguin as a conspirator, members of a drug gang received bulk quantities of methamphetamine, which were brought from Mexico and delivered to the crankster gangstas for distribution in
Furthermore, the indictment charged 22 defendants in the conspiracy that is believed to have supplied a drug network spanning across Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, New Mexico, and Colorado. Additionally, it is alleged that the gang wired as well as transported U.S. currency from drug sales to Mexico from the United States. Patricia Ann Holguin may be in the company of a coconspirator, Manuel Soto-Pacheco AKA "Pato" who is also a fugitive and was named in the indictment. Patricia Ann Holguin is described as:
