Jennifer Renee Deluca Montgomery County Has Been Captured

NORRISTOWN PA NEWS -- Jennifer Renee Deluca was captured in Upper Township, approximately 20 miles south of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Officers of the NJ State Police Fugitive Unit and NJ Department of Corrections Fugitive Unit arrested Deluca without incident on June 18, 2008.

Launched in 1978, the NJ State Police Fugitive Unit is responsible for conducting and coordinating investigations to capture prison escapes and other wanted felons in New Jersey. The Fugitive Unit is also charged with the responsibility of coordinating various fugitive roundups where joint efforts of state, federal, county, and local law enforcement agencies have combined forces to apprehend hundreds of fugitives from justice. Further efforts of the NJ State Police Fugitive Unit is to publish the New Jersey's Twelve Most Wanted bulletin, which highlights the State's most violent and dangerous fugitives. The NJ Twelve Most Wanted bulletin is distributed to more than 1,200 police agencies throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. They are one of "Best of the Best," in law enforcement.

Jennifer Renee Deluca has been wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff for allegedly receiving stolen property, a felony. Deluca is also charged with failing to appear in court in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
