August 24, 2008 LOS ANGELES CA NEWS -- A Hot-blooded Peruvian, Janet Mary Visutskie is most wanted by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) for the white collar crime of Grand Theft. Visutskie allegedly opened a checking account and proceeded to issue numerous checks to various businesses. But, before the checks could clear, she withdrew the money from the bank account.
