Florida - United States Most Wanted Mexican Killers - $5000 apiece for Flores-Albarran BrothersWanted by the FBI for UNLAWFUL FLIGHT TO AVOID PROSECUTION - MURDER
August 23, 2008 HENDRY COUNTY FL NEWS -- A reward of up to $5000 apiece is being offered through the Florida THUGS program for the apprehension and successful prosecution of Gregorio Flores-Albarran and Rodolfo Flores-Albarran. On August 22, 2003, state arrest warrants were issued by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in Hendry County, Florida for their alleged involvement in a quadruple murder in Clewiston, Florida, approximately 60 miles west of West Palm Beach. Both brothers are charged with second degree murder. On October 10, 2003, the brothers were charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and federal arrest warrants were issued by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division. Gregorio Flores-Albarran and Rodolfo Flores-Albarran are to be considered armed and dangerous. It is believed that on August 16, 2003, Gregorio Flores-Albarran and his brother, Rodolfo Flores-Albarran, shot five people outside a bar south of the Glades County line. The shooting broke out in the afternoon around 1:45 P.M., during an argument on the patio of the Cruz Ranch bar and grill located on U.S. 27 in Hendry County. Four of the victims Pablo Tapia Chavez, 34, Francisco Tapia Juarez, 24, Alberto Tapia Ortiz, 30, and Tomas Tapia Juarez, age unknown, died as a result of their gunshot wounds. The victims were from the rural area southwest of Lake Okeechobee. Hendry County Sheriff's deputies and Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents recovered a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and a .380-caliber semiautomatic gun, along with two vehicles presumably belonging to the victims.
