Chavez" is most wanted by Pulaski County Sheriff for her involvement in knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a detention facility or a penitentiary. Montgomery is charged with complicity to promoting contraband in the first degree, which is a Class D felony, punishable by one to five years imprisonment. According to the Kentucky Penal Code provides that an individual is accountable not only for his own actions, but under the theory of complicity may be held liable for a crime, which is physically committed by another person.
