DANE COUNTY WI NEWS -- Michelle Lyn Melia has been captured. A reward of up to $1,000 was offered for information leading to the capture of Michelle Lyn Melia. Accused of committing forgery, Melia had an outstanding warrant for her arrest in Madison, Wisconsin. The girl's crib was last known to be on Granada Way in Madison.
