PIKE COUNTY KY NEWS -- Lynn D. Porter, is most wanted by the Kentucky State Police for Wanton endangerment in the first degree, a very serious charge, and driving under the influence (DUI).

Wanton endangerment in the first degree is a Class D felony. A person is guilty of wanton endangerment in the first degree when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, they wantonly engage in conduct which creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person. Porter is believed to have engaged in conduct that created this type of danger to another person.
