Erica Ricciardi - Surrendered

TAMPA FL NEWS -- Erica Ricciardi a drug offender has surrendered, originally busted on 11/05/2002 in Pinellas County for possession of Heroin. Six days later, Riccardi was nailed for soliciting sex, possession heroin and drug paraphernalia in Hillsborough County, Florida. Sadly, Riccardi was hooked on the black tar, and two days before the new year, she was arrested again in Pinellas County, this time for selling Heroin. Interestingly, after all these charges, Erica Ricciardi received drug offender probation.

Within four months, Erica Ricciardi had violated her terms of probation. On June 8, 2003, Ricciardi was charged with obtaining a controlled substance through fraud and having possession of a controlled substance, but once again received probation. Riccardi then fled her probation program, but has now surrendered. Ricciardi's case is currently in suspense.
