Most Wanted News: Los Angeles, California $50,000 Reward for Virginia Lo YaoWanted by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for Conspiracy, Fraud, plus other Title 18 and 8 Violations of the U.S. Code
December 14, 2007 LOS ANGELES CA NEWS -- Virginia Lo Yao is believed to have taken part in a conspiracy that devised a scheme to defraud both the United States and illegal aliens. Virginia Lo Yao is also believed to have been involved with smuggling illegal aliens into the U.S., as well as creating visas, permits, and other documentation for the illegal aliens to assimilate into the country. Yao, was paid for preforming these services, then laundered the proceeds into U.S. monetary instruments. Yao, allegedly utilized the U.S. postal service while committing many of these crimes. Therefore, a reward of up to $50,000 is being offered by the U.S. Postal Service for the arrest and conviction of Virginia Lo Yao. Virginia Lo Yao is most wanted for violating the following U.S. Federal laws: Title 18 of U.S. Code

Virginia Lo Yao has worked as an office manager, and is known to use the alias Gina Yao. Yao's last known residence was Los Angeles, California. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Virginia Lo Yao is urged to call the U.S. Postal Inspectors Los Angeles Division, at (626) 405-1200 or the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455.
