India's Most Wanted for Trafficking Human Beings

Wanted by CBI for Counterfeiting, Forgery, Fraud, People Smuggling, Trafficking and Illegal Immigration

DELHI NEWS -- Harbans Singh Gakhal is most wanted in New Delhi, India for Counterfeiting, Forgery, Fraud, People Smuggling, Trafficking and Illegal Immigration. Two Interpol notices have been released to the general public, a red notice for arrest and extradition and a blue notice to collect additional information about Gakhal's identity and activities in relation to a crime.

Additionally, on July 30, 2005, an individual was deported to India from Paris, France, following his illegal entry into France with a forged identity document. The individual alleged that he had purchased the forged identity document from Harbans Singh Gakhal for 400,000 Indian Rupees ($8,073.47). Furthermore, according to India's Central Bureau of Investigation, Gakhal is well-known for trafficking human beings to Europe.

Harbans Singh Gakhal speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he is described as:

• Hair: Black
• Complexion: Light Wheatish
• Sex: Male
• Nationality: India, Kenya

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Harbans Singh Gakhal, a most wanted hunted offender eluding surrender (Hoes) in India, should contact the National Central Bureau (Interpol) New Delhi at 24364000 or 24392170. Indiviuals may also alert their local law enforcement.
