Chavez" is most wanted by Pulaski County Sheriff for her involvement in knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a detention facility or a penitentiary. Montgomery is charged with complicity to promoting contraband in the first degree, which is a Class D felony, punishable by one to five years imprisonment.
